Since 2015, we have been running outdoor group based fitness programmes from Falmouth and Truro in Cornwall.

When you sign up, you are not just signing up for 1 or 2 sessions; you are signing up to a programme of fitness sessions designed to help you level up.

  • Bootcamp sessions are designed to be fun, challenging, exhilarating and exciting!

    We use lots of different training methods and activities, as well as an array of fitness equipment.

    You will work on circuit training, kettlebell training, bodyweight exercise, cardio and core conditioning. We also including lots of games and partner drills to keep things really fun and varied.

    No two sessions will be the same!

  • We offer a very comprehensive package that includes more than just Bootcamp sessions. Here’s what you receive…

  • No, our instructors are not scary!

    It is our job to make you feel welcome and supported throughout the course.

    We will push you in the right way, but will not make you do anything you don’t want to do.

    Options for all exercises are always available.

  • Anyone can join Bootcamp, regardless of ability, fitness or experience level.

    For many who join, it is often the first thing they have done in a while, so if this is you then don’t worry, you’re not alone.

    We will give you options for all exercises to make sure you’re working at the right level.

    No one will ever get ‘left behind’ - it’s our job to make it inclusive for all.

  • We don’t not provide a diet plan, but we do provide you with all the tools to make healthy changes.

    There are 5 recipe books with 30 recipes in each one and we will give you recommendations as to what you should be eating throughout the programme and beyond.

    There will also be lifestyle and healthy eating challenges to participate in throughout.

  • After Bootcamp finishes, we offer a 50% discount on a fitness class membership, allowing you to continue your fitness journey at your own pace.

    We will also provide dates of the next Bootcamp if you’d like to sign up to another!

    You will also be able to access all the support and resources that you’ve had throughout.

  • Yes! We offer a discount on Bootcamp Buddy training packages.

    Friends / partners / family members are often much more successful and motivated when signing up together.

  • Yes, all the sessions take place at outdoor locations?

    You will receive an email upon signing up that details all the days, times and locations of your sessions.

    This will also be available in the Facebook group.

    In the rare event of bad weather postponing a session, we will endeavour to let you know ASAP.
