With our love of the great outdoors, we offer the opportunity to participate in adventure challenges and explore some of the most stunning areas of the UK.
The National Three Peaks Challenge
The challenge is to hike up the three highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales within a 24 hour period.
- Ben Nevis in the Scottish Highlands stands at 1,345m
- Scafell Pike stands within the Lake District area of England at 978m
- Mount Snowdon is located in the Snowdonia region of Wales and stands at 1,085m
We begin the adventure at Ben Nevis in Scotland before making our way via mini-bus to Scafell Pike and finishing with Mount Snowdon.
This will test your physical and mental endurance, but the feeling upon completion is like no other!
We also support The Invictus Trust, an adolescent mental health organisation based in Cornwall. To date, we have raised over £5,000 from our adventure challenges and hope to keep building on this.
Our next National Three Peaks Challenge adventure will take place in July 2020. More information will be released in early 2020.
We love the great outdoors, and exploring the Cornish coastline and moorland of Bodmin and Dartmoor is a fantastic way of getting some regular fresh air and trying something new.

These hikes are free to attend for anyone wishing to stretch their legs and try something new on a Sunday afternoon.
Please ensure you have the following:
- Walking boots and socks
- Suitable hiking trousers
- Sports tee / vest (preferably not cotton)
- Waterproof coat
- Water and snacks (dried fruit and cereal bars / trek bars are good energy sources whilst walking)
Ben and the team have been incredible over the 6 week Summer Bootcamp! I never thought I would be doing what I've done and feel so good about myself. Bring on the next one!
I've come to realise after starting Bootcamp that cutting calories and fad diets don't work at all! My body shape has completely changed! My attitude to exercise and food has changed, I make better choices but still allow treats at the weekends and I have a lot more energy!
