The best type of exercise

When it comes to knowing what's best to improve your body shape and reduce body fat levels, there are many options available to us. To give you an example, here are just a few of the most popular forms of exercise:

But what is the best type of exercise routine to improve our body shape and reduce body fat levels?

Some forms of exercise are without doubt better than others when it comes to improving body composition. These usually consist of 'training' routines as opposed to 'exercise' routines.
