Based in and around Truro City Centre, we offer a range of Fitness Bootcamps as well as our challenging Strength Camps.

Type of Programme: Combined Strength Camp

Start date: Saturday 29th February 2020

Duration: 6 weeks

Days and Times:

  • Saturdays, 8:30 - 9:30am
  • Wednesdays, 6 - 7am

Cost (1 or 2 sessions per week):

  • 2 sessions per week = £67.50
  • 1 session per week = £47.50

Location: The Old Bakery Studios, Malpas Road, Truro

Whats next?

After signing up, you will automatically be directed to the online training hub. This will include a schedule of your Bootcamp programme, including session dates, locations and times. You will also find your Bootcamp lifestyle and nutrition guide, meal plans, workouts and support group.

We will also email you a copy of the Bootcamp lifestyle guide and send you a link for the private Facebook group, as well as the option to join the Bootcamp WhatsApp group, where you will be able to meet fellow Bootcampers and swap ideas on food, exercise and lifestyle.

If you are really looking for the best possible results, we highly recommend making a start on your healthy eating guide and implementing small changes before starting your physical Bootcamp programme. This will set you up to get the best from your fitness training sessions.
