Fit Camp

With a focus on total body training, we utilise a whole range of equipment and training methods.

Fit Camps run year round and focus on gradually building fitness levels and improving body composition.

Feel good in mind and body whilst joining a highly supportive and like-minded fitness group!

A maximum of 20 sign ups are available, with options for 1 or 2 sessions per week to attend.

Strength Camp

Delivered in a small group training format, we focus on new techniques and training methods each week.

Our primary training tool is the Russian Kettlebell; one of the most versatile, functional and effective bits of equipment you can use.

The more knowledge and information you can absorb, the more effective at training yourself you will become for the future.
